TNT Starlettes aims to make our members happy and strive to find a balance between having fun and learning.  Team Building is a big deal for us.  There will be practices where we will do things that are not related to baton or pom but focus on how to work together.  Team members learn athleticism, trust, dedication, the importance of teamwork, and often build life-long friendships. We want each member of the team to get the most out of their experience as a TNT Starlette.

TNT strives to excel and grow in all aspects of performing.  We focus on techniques, poise, team comradery, self-discipline, confidence, self-esteem, perseverance, and of course the enjoyment of performing.  TNT expects each of our members to do their best and be a team player.  We strive to teach our members more than just how to twirl a baton or shake a pom pom.  If you apply yourself, the sport of performing can help develop, improve and better your character.
